I don’t think Helen realizes how much she has touched my heart. 
I currently live with my karmic family. It’s been really emotionally and mentally hard for me. 
Every time someone asks me, “Is it really that bad?”, I want to hit them because I feel like if they keep asking that question 
then they will never understand and I’m not sure that they really care to understand.
For too long I’ve been surrounded by people who care more about telling me how to live life 
rather than being open hearted and just getting to know me without trying to make me feel bad about who I am.
The workbook I bought from Helen is not just any workbook and is clearly not for the light hearted. 
You can’t be scared of yourself with this kind of inner work. 

I started reading the beginning of this workbook and I didn’t realize it was already doing something for me. 
Helen’s beautiful intuitive words shattered me. 
I felt SO dark. I felt more drained than I already felt during this mercury retrograde at the beginning of Virgo season. 
So I took a nap. 
When I woke up from the nap I felt SO angry about romance, trust, family, work, money, authority figures, friends who really weren’t friends at all, etc…

Trusting myself is THE key. 

Helen reminds me that my lesson while living with my family is to stand up for my beliefs. 
That there is nothing wrong with me. And to simply observe when they trigger my emotions and allow myself to feel.

I won’t be in their house forever, it’s just felt that way. 
All my life I have felt as though no one actually cares for me because they don’t bother actually reaching me towards my love language. They say they care but those are just words, their actions of spoken for them loud and clear. They care about what they want.
I think the workbook isn’t like any other workbook I have received before. 
This workbook is going to cause me to keep going into myself deeper and deeper every single time.

First of all. I have known Helen for quite a while and she has always been highly gifted. She also works on skills and hones them as well, but her innate gifts are always and undeniably remarkable. She’s a lovely person, highly intelligent, compassionate, professional, patient and direct.
She pulled cards and I thinking I can no longer be astounded, yet again, she was totally accurate for what I was feeling, thinking and experiencing and the situation and circumstances, in great detail.
I even left out a few things I did not tell her and she picked them up first!
