Happiness is an Inside Job!

When you have reached the point where no matter what others do or say can put you down, hurt you or distract you, then your life really begins.

Because that is when you start to pull new possibilities into your life.

With that happiness you have changed your own frequency, your vibration.

Some may leave you because they can not understand how you can ‘avoid’ bad news when that’s part of everyone’s life.

You won’t be informed at all. You won’t know where people got killed or who died, which star just got divorced…’

Ummmmmmm do you really want to know all this stuff?!?

Or are you more interested in your own magical life???

Some people may leave because you stopped suffering for/with them when they tell you the story of their lives… let me tell you something.

When you are with your friends and they suffer and share their stories with you, it is good to show them your love and understanding. But as soon as you are by yourself it is not within your responsibility to continue to suffer or think about THEIR pain! Y

You can take 5 minutes a day to pray for them, to send them love – but let it go afterwards. Being too attached to other peoples’ stories will give you less room for your life. You don’t watch a movie and take all the emotions from the movie into your own life with you afterwards, do you?

Remember the great life you have and focus simply on being happy!

If others disappear because you don’t suffer as much (for and with them) as you used to, be glad they’re gone.
They only needed a therapist and not a friend – to load their troubles on.
If they share their happiness with you and join you in their happiness, then the friendship is real.

Remember:

This life – YOUR life – is all about you.
Allow yourself to be selfish enough to focus on yourself – because everyone welse does, too.

Be selfish enough to be happy (inside), no matter what. And you are helping the whole world more than you could with any other emotion!

The world wants HAPPY people!
So look into your mirror today and smile!!!

If there is one desire within me on how to make you feel… it would be making you feel special.

Inspiring you to achieve your highest dreams, helping you to figure out what your lifes’ purpose is.

This is a desire within me that I was born with.

I was given the gift to see more in others than they can see in themselves.

I don’t live here to tap into fear or to pull others down, I am here to enchant, to inspire, to set your souls on fire – so that you can go and help others to see who they truly are.

So I am here to awaken and remember who I am so that I can help you to see the beauty within you!

My dearest friend, you came here to be a wayshower, and if you read this, then this is for you, too!

You came here to be different, not to fit in – you came to stick out, to shine!
Stop doubting yourself and walk with confidence.

Where I once came from, before I incarnated on planet Gaia, I was in a world where people had values. There were no lies, no deception. People helped each other, we were teamplayers. We did not betray each other – not in relationships or friendships – kids were taught through life lessons, basics were taught and then they could choose what they wanted to know.

Each of us were unique and that made our world complete.

Most of you are not from here but have incarnated many times.

Allow yourself to be different and trust that everything you see within your dreams – everything you can visualize, is able to come true for you!!!

Let love get the best of you – not fear.

There is more than enough here for everyone, don’t let greed or hate touch your heart!

After our recording session, Tim and I went to have an early breakfast at 5 am, before we went to sleep.

We were all by ourselves and it was very peaceful…

…except for the noise out of tv and radio.

Thank goodness that neither of us are ever listening to that bs that you hear on the news (tv and radio) and all of the commercials you have to listen to every 2 minutes.

I must honestly say that all I hear is “You must fear your life” when I truly listen – whether it is commercial or when it’s about what’s going on in this world.
And the sad thing is?

Most of the things we hear are made to scare us…

“If you don’t take this medicine, you will die or have a severe illness”.

BS!!!

You are not sick, your life is not threatened.

They threaten you and make you sick by letting you listen to all the crap out there, consciously and subconsciously…

YOU are POWERFUL.

Powerful enough to say “ENOUGH, I’m done. I’ve heard it all. I will not let others ruin my day, especially people I don’t know who interfere in my own life every day.”

Don’t make yourself depend on what is “out there” if no one can truly look inside of you, but you!

You are responsible for what you listen to. What you allow your body to eat every day, how you spend your daily life.

Are you going to talk about “bad news” and discuss things you can not change with everyone around you?

Will YOU spread good or bad news?!?

Will you go to the doctor with every little symptom that is corrupting your body and let him/her give you antibiotics – or are you going to find a natural way for you?

There is no more excuse nowadays.

You have every source you need.

Will you read a good book or are you going to fill your subconscious mind with horror pictures of people being killed, zombies rising from the dead?

Will you embrace someone today and say: “Hey, it’s great that you are in my life” or are you going to spread rumors about him/her?!?

Will you focus on what others think about you or will you let go and realize how great your life is and how wonderful you are?!?

I have so much more to say and this could be endless (enough to fill 10 books) but I will stop for now.

We have been watching so much TV and being confronted with lies we believe in, that our brain can only pick up so many words and has a limited attention span.

My last message here for the day:

I love you.
You are smart, brilliant people otherwise you wouldn’t have come so far.

You are masters, angel, here to spread positivity and love and you are needed in this world…

Let go of the lies and listen to the beauty inside your hearts.
Allow yourself to FEEL again.

There is so much fear out there – don’t let it stop you to love (yourself and others).

Go out there and shine today.
Time is of the essence. The more you believe in those lies, the more your system will shut down and you will deny yourself to see the beauty of this world.

Go out there with open eyes and remember who you truly are.
A being that has all the gifts it needs to survive anything in this world and make this place to paradise!

Rise in love, don’t fall…

Falling in love is one thing. Rising in love is another.
It often starts with the fall until you rise together.

Rising in love means that nothing and no one will be able to break the promises and bonds you give each other and that you live your love every day.

It starts with you as a person. Finding yourself and your purpose on earth in the first place. It’s when both of you are whole and happy within that you will be able to give each other love and look at each other with love.

Then little things won’t bother you because you understand that they are part of the other.

If you are single, do yourself a favor and focus on yourself. You will meet the right person when you are ready to start over.

If you are too focused on the need of being with someone, you don’t get to enjoy life the way you should.

Life is a gift, a present – and present is the magical word in this sentence.

Be present with yourself, be a present to yourself. Enjoy being by yourself, having no one to answer to but yourself.

Only then can you hear the call of your true love after all!

I can’t describe how grateful I am to live in this world of opportunities, to live in the present, to live in this kind of time where we are free to believe what we want to; where we can promote who we are and what we do on our own (youtube, facebook, instagram); where we can connect in ways that have never been possible before.
 
I am writing this in the USA while my mother can read this in Germany – as well as others can read this on other countries, if I allow them to…
 
We live in a world where we have the freedom of speech and are able to read and write (that’s a priviledge!!! Not everyone was able to do this 100 years ago and not everyone everywhere can do it yet) – and where we have access to knowledge everywhere.
 
… we are not being forced to go to places we don’t want to go to…
 
… we are all connected through pictures we share, words we speak – and yet we can control who those words go to, even within facebook.
 
Are you aware of these beautiful opportunities in your lives?
Are you aware that you alone are able to change your perception of the world every day?
 
Yes, we are being bombarded with (scary) information every day, but it’s up to you to tune out of it – stop watching the news all day or watching scary movies that your body actually lives through: did you know that your mind does not know whether someting is fiction or reality???
If you watch someone chasing someone else, your heart will race as well – and not because you are in danger, but because your body believes you are being chased (and possibly killed).
 
You can be calm if you choose to, by listening to soft music, taking baths or taking a beautiful walk in the park when the sun shines on your face and warms your heart…
 
…as within so without…
 
See yourself as beautiful, look into the mirror and look at what makes you special!
 
Believe in yourself and the world will believe in you!!!
 
Have a beautiful Sunday – and remember: it is a privilege to live here and now. Choose your books, your looks, your movies and your company – and you will rise and be joyful in this lifetime.

The American Dream?

The moment comes when you realize
You’ve walked through pain, believed the lies.

And you did it with sincerity –
You trusted wrong security.

Your life seemed great, you did what they said –
You understood you’d soon be dead.

So you had to make things right –
You listened, never questioned, you followed with pride.

The “American Dream” – the american life –
But what if someone pulled out a knife –

And killed you in this moment, now –
Would you say you truly lived somehow?

Would the people you know say you truly lived?
That you saw this life as a gift?

Or would they say, you lived a lie –
You hardly took the time to say “hi”?!

What would leave behind?
Were you numb – or were you kind?

How many people have you touched –
Were you able to inspired much?

Are you who you want to be –
Are you able to set your spirit free?

Or are you stuck inside your mind
Living for the future, to the present blind?

So with these questions asked –
And knowing that life may not last –

What are you going to do today?
Will you live life in your own, unique way?

Smile out of joy about the absurdity of the illusion!

When you recognize everything happens FOR you, in order to wake you up – in accordance to your plan… then you will build up no more negative situation.

Everything that others say to you is said through the filter of their experience.

Often they don’t want you to make the same mistakes.

Can you be angry or upset with someone, if s/he only wants to protect you?

Life is not here to get you… life is here so you can experience what your soul had planned long ago…

So break free from illusion…

You have a message to bring forth, into this world.

In order to awaken to it, you will get as many wake up calls as you need…

Fear is only the messenger that you haven’t arrived to yourself yet.

Wear the crown of yourself, walk your path with pride – not because you are better than anyone – but because it is YOUR path – yours alone!

Only you can truly understand your message!

Your path is incomparable to any other.

Why do you turn around to compare your petals to others when each rose on a rosebush is different, has its own energy?

You are not meant to be like someone else. You are you, with all your patterns, scars, stubborness, kindness, tenderness, unique sensuatlity and adornment.

Fill these lines with more – find more unique abilities within you – this is just a scratch on the surface of who you are meant to be…

If words inspire you, play with them, write them down.

Become REAL by REALizing that everything but love is an illusion.
No words within two sentences mean the same.

No two people in the same situation will go through the same experience.

Everything you went through in your life, formed you as well as other people.

So have compassion.

Live your life fully, without worrying about others.

That does not mean to not care – but the only one YOU can be there for to 100% – is YOU!

You, soul, made the choice to come to earth at this very moment.
Now and now and – NOW!

There is no more past, there is only the now that passes by before you can even think about “now” (Say it and there is another now) and the future, which appears in the time of now after the now (get it now?).

This world is an extension of your dreams – you can dream of something and manifest it here.

If you open your barriers and allow yourself to dream without neglecting yourself and regretting for not realizing things sooner, things will happen rapidly.
