Are You…

Are you well, happy, thriving?

Are you glowing, flowing, knowing?

What do you feel?

Does it feel real?

This reality is the only one we have – miracles can happen any day, even if you feel like you’re going through a chaotic dimension at the moment – realized, you could have the best moment of your life within the next moment.

So don’t give up.

Believe in change and that life only wants you to be happy!!!

We live in a world where your fears can quickly become real – or the most beautiful vibes you send out come back to you.

It’s the LAW of attraction.

We are thinking at least 50 000 thoughts today.

In which direction do they go?

Good or bad?

Happy or sad?

Knowing all of this –

Focus on yourself in the best way possible.

“I am happy. I thrive every day. I live in a reality of peace and kindness and the the best people in the world join and support me.

Life is good.

I become more abundant every day. I am here to help others and others help me because they see my love and my light.

And so it is.”

And suddenly you realize that it is okay to not love everyone

It is okay to love yourself more than a toxic relationship with ‘friends’ or ‘family ‘.

You don’t need to try to fix everything.

Sometimes people need to leave your heart so you can make room for new people, but most and for all, you need to make room for yourself.

If you spend all your life thinking about how to make life better for others, you have no time and space for the love you need for yourself.

The truth is that there is only one person you live with from the beginning to the end – and that is you.

If you don’t put yourself first, what does that say about the relationship to the most important person in your life?

Love yourself.

Live a life that fulfills you, a life that makes you feel rich in your soul.

Everyone around you will be happy if you make yourself first priority because that means they have a happy person surrounding them.

And happiness is contagious…

If you allow yourself to be happy, you allow everyone else to be happy, too.

Ideally there will be no gossip or ill wishes towards others.

You won’t find the time to focus on negativity.

There will be no hurting someone else,

No pain inside because you transformed it into something good.

We all have our days where we feel less ourselves than usual and that is okay, too, because Loving yourself means accepting yourself as who you are.

This way you can love everyone else the way they are, too.

It is okay not to love everyone.

Let them go and wish them well.

They don’t live your life, they don’t have your dreams.

But most importantly, if they don’t love you as you are it means they don’t love themselves in the first place.

So forgive them and walk away – the right people will stay with you because they can’t imagine a life without you.

A New World

I visualize a new world, a changed world, where everyone is equal.

Where we all are accepted the way we are without having to be the way society wants us to be.

Freedom.

Love.

Beautiful minds sharing their gifts with us.

No longer slaves to society but brilliant, self empowered people who want to make a difference.

I see a place where we can all feel home, no longer in chains, having to work every day, barely having enough money to enjoy life in the present moment.

All we do is work for a future.

A future which might not even exist.

We could be dead tomorrow, right?

Who can guarantee us that we will reach an old age in a world where we hardly get enough sleep – because we have to go to work – and eat unhealthy food…

We used to have dreams as children.

We wanted to BE someone.

We wanted to do good in the world.

We wanted to find someone else to share our happiness with.

How does that happen if we don’t even have enough time to go out on dates?

Instead we fake our profiles on online dating pages where we lie about who we are so others might actually get interested in us.

Do you call this life?

School and society ruined us from an early age on.

They made us to slaves.

Always longing for something,

never able to reach it.

In this new – or transformed – world, we will be able to manifest what we we want.

No one will tell us that we can not reach for the sky.

They will let us fly.

Come and build this world with me.

It’s up to all of us,

to break the chains

and dissolve the pain.

Let us step up and create this world together, by being ourselves, not someone that our family or society wants us to be.

Let us create a New World together.

The Goddess – and mens’ fear of strong women…

I used to look at the women, the main characters in movies, shows and books, the ones that got to be with the men they loved – at least at the end.

I always wondered what it was that made them a queen, a star, a beautiful, fully present divine feminine goddess!

I spent many years of research on the divine masculine and the men who are not stepping into their power – who may want to but in the end don’t do the work which leads to fear of “strong women” (my finale in psychology was “Mens’ fear of strong women”, including a book that was written by a german (male) psychotherapist with the same title).

One of the most important and powerful messages I found – and this goes out to men and women – is:

DON’T YOU DARE COMPARE YOURSELF WITH ANYONE ELSE.
The main character tries to fit in and follow rules, but only when s/he has learned that s/he has accept her/his uniqueness, will s/he be magnificent and the other person will want to be with her/him – before that, drama happens – anger, pain, inner and outer conflicts…

Now back to the fabulous females amongst us…

The goddess-queen is she

who accepts her crown and her glory.
who demands respect – not to be treated in an unrespectful way…
whose eyes glow with inner fire
who always speaks from the heart and whose heart is pure
who steps into the responsability of being herself
who walks her own path
who has no desire to compare herself to anyone else
who shines her inner light of peace into the world
who is not afraid to manifest and make the world her own
who loves her body fully – no matter what shape and form it has
who loves herself unconditionally – this is the only way to love anyone else limitless…

Men who are afraid of strong women are the ones who feel inferior – who want to rule women – live traditonally like a few hundred years ago: women are only meant to be in the kitchen and take care of kids – while men work and bring money home.
Men who are afraid of the new and who are not able to be vulnerable (which is true strength).
Those men are the ones who used to hide in churches as priests and would say that women (“witches”) seduced them and had a contract with the devil – who was a male of course and was controlling of them 😛

More will be said, but that is it for right now.

Dear Gods and Goddesses!

SHINE!

Spread the love
Be role models – don’t wait for other god/desses to wake up!

YOU are the ones who change your world within – which will lead to a world of peace!

And so it is! So ham.

What’s the use of going out into the world – if you feel empty and unhappy?

If you believe in the law of attraction – which always sets in, no matter if you believe in it or not – you will only pull negative experiences into your life – the more you speak about negativity, the more you will see what’s within you outside of you.

Be aware of this fact!

We don’t learn this in school.

No one tells you that what you put out there will get back to you…
We love to listen to the radio, watch movies – and if we really live in them, well, we also pull whatever we hear and watch into our lives…

Let me tell you something.

You, right there – you, reading this article – are a beautiful, unique, infinite being. It’s not up to the world to give you good experience so you can feel good inside – it’s the other way around!

But we are not hearing this often enough.

Somehow we have been trained to only “hear” the negative things. We can’t accept compliments because they don’t feel as natural to us as insults.
Or as I just heard yesterday: compliments don’t stay long enough in our mind, we need an experience to be in our memory for at least 6 seconds to be remembered in the future.

Also, if we do get compliments, we have an automatic mechanisme in our mind that says: he/she’s lying,,,

Why can’t we accept that we are beautiful, complete beings?
Babies are perfect – they may not walk, talk, run around – they are not academically intelligent right at that moment and tell us great philosophies – but do we care?
They are unconditionally loved. They bring such a beauty within them – and if we look into their eyes – we feel that they know EVERYTHING.

Then WE – us “grownups” start to destroy the perfection of the baby by starting to tell the child that is has sooo much to learn. We start arguing, screaming, giving the child the feeling that it knows nothing and will only be loved if it listens to us.

All of us have gone through this.

The good thing about being a grownup is that we can learn to see the beauty withing ourselves again, we can give ourselves compliments and allow ourselves to accept compliments from others.

It’s time to let go of the voices of others and to listen to the only one that counts – our own voice, the voice of love, the voice of your heart.

Go out there and shine, beautiful one! Let out your sparkle!!!

No one can ever be compared to you!!!
