We think about 60 000 subconscious thoughts daily. Mostly in beta wave (awake but not aware, in stress, panic and anger) and then we are suprised that most of the things happening in life are the opposite of what we want.
Alpha, theta and delta waves are the ones we can create consciously in.
The brain filters out of an ocean of daily impressions.
Consciously it can filter 2000 bits per second, while subconsciously there are 400 million bits in a second.
All of this is why it is so important that we work with meditation, write our thoughts down or listen to binaural beats.
Find moments where you consciously breathe each day, where you are aware of your life. Be calm, don’t live like a zombie and do what you have to but with the feeling of pressure.
We create every minute of the day. Consciously or subconsciously. There is no not-creating here.
We think the same thoughts today that we thought the days before and we will think the same negative shit if we don’t start to focus on the good in our lives.
Our thoughts become our habits and they become our fate.
You can make it a habit to suffer or you can make it a habit to feel beautiful, rich, successful, wealthy, happy and whatever else you wish.
