It is okay to love yourself more than a toxic relationship with ‘friends’ or ‘family ‘.
You don’t need to try to fix everything.
Sometimes people need to leave your heart so you can make room for new people, but most and for all, you need to make room for yourself.
If you spend all your life thinking about how to make life better for others, you have no time and space for the love you need for yourself.
The truth is that there is only one person you live with from the beginning to the end – and that is you.
If you don’t put yourself first, what does that say about the relationship to the most important person in your life?
Love yourself.
Live a life that fulfills you, a life that makes you feel rich in your soul.
Everyone around you will be happy if you make yourself first priority because that means they have a happy person surrounding them.
And happiness is contagious…
If you allow yourself to be happy, you allow everyone else to be happy, too.
Ideally there will be no gossip or ill wishes towards others.
You won’t find the time to focus on negativity.
There will be no hurting someone else,
No pain inside because you transformed it into something good.
We all have our days where we feel less ourselves than usual and that is okay, too, because Loving yourself means accepting yourself as who you are.
This way you can love everyone else the way they are, too.
It is okay not to love everyone.
Let them go and wish them well.
They don’t live your life, they don’t have your dreams.
But most importantly, if they don’t love you as you are it means they don’t love themselves in the first place.
So forgive them and walk away – the right people will stay with you because they can’t imagine a life without you.
